Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Misprint. We take pride in ensuring accurate listings and authentic products. However, if an order does not meet your expectations, we offer returns in specific situations described below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return only if:

  • Item never arrived
  • Partial order missing
  • Item was not as described or you received the wrong item
  • Item arrived damaged
  • Item is inauthentic

If your situation matches any of these criteria, you have 14 calendar days from the date you received the item to initiate a return request.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please contact our support team at support@misprint.com. Include:

  • Your account username/email
  • A screenshot of your order
  • Reason for return (e.g., damaged item, inauthentic, etc.)
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Once we review and approve your request, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or instructions for returning the item.

Shipping Costs & Restocking

Once your return is approved, the seller will cover the cost of return shipping and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. We do not charge buyers a restocking fee for standard returns. However, if the returned item does not meet our stated requirements (e.g., is used or tampered with), you may be responsible for any additional fees.

Refunds

After we receive the return request, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method after the item is returned to the seller. The timeline for receiving funds depends on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or inauthentic. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email support@misprint.com.
