Thank you for shopping at Misprint. We take pride in ensuring accurate listings and authentic products. However, if an order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer returns in specific situations described below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return only if:
- Item never arrived
- Partial order missing
- Item was not as described or you received the wrong item
- Item arrived damaged
- Item is inauthentic
If your situation matches any of these criteria, you have 14 calendar days from the date you received the item to initiate a return request.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact our support team at support@misprint.com. Include:
- Your account username/email
- A screenshot of your order
- Reason for return (e.g., damaged item, inauthentic, etc.)
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
Once we review and approve your request, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or instructions for returning the item.
Shipping Costs & Restocking
Return Shipping
Once your return is approved, the seller will cover the cost of return shipping and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge buyers a restocking fee for standard returns. However, if the returned item does not meet our stated requirements (e.g., is used or tampered with), you may be responsible for additional fees.
Important
Always use the prepaid shipping label provided by Misprint to ensure your return is properly tracked and processed. Using your own shipping method may delay or invalidate your return.
Refunds
Refund Process
- We receive your return request and review it
- If approved, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label
- You return the item using the provided shipping label
- The seller receives and inspects the returned item
- After approval, a refund is issued to your original payment method
The timeline for receiving funds depends on your payment method and card issuer's policies, but typically takes 3-5 business days after approval.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or inauthentic. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email support@misprint.com.
For Faster Service
In most cases, it's faster to request a standard return and refund, then purchase the desired item separately, rather than waiting for an exchange to be processed.
