This policy outlines our shipping timeframes, costs, and procedures to ensure your Pokemon products arrive safely and on time.

Shipping Timeframes

Seller Shipping Requirements

All sellers are required to ship orders within 2 business days of purchase.

For example, if an order is placed on Thursday, the seller has until Monday to ship. Orders placed on Friday must be shipped by Tuesday.

Business Days Explained

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Weekends and holidays do not count toward the 2-business-day shipping requirement.

Shipping Notifications

Buyers will receive an email notification with tracking information once their order has been shipped. Tracking information will also be available in the buyer's order history.

Shipping Costs

Our shipping fee structure is designed to be fair for both single-item purchases and larger orders:

Shipping Fee Breakdown

  • $2.50 base fee per seller + $2.50 per item in your order
  • Single item from one seller: $5.00 total shipping ($2.50 seller fee + $2.50 item fee)
  • Multiple items from the same seller: $2.50 seller fee + $2.50 per item

This structure encourages purchasing multiple items from the same seller to maximize shipping efficiency. The shipping fee is passed on to sellers to cover their shipping costs.

High-Value Shipments

For high-value cards ($250+), we recommend that sellers purchase additional insurance. The shipping fee may not cover insurance for expensive items. The cost of additional insurance is the responsibility of the seller. Misprint is not liable for lost or damaged items.

Packaging Recommendations

Proper packaging helps ensure cards arrive in the condition they were sold. Here are our recommended packaging methods:

Graded Cards

  • Wrap the slab in bubble wrap or use a slab-specific protective case. One bubble mailer alone is not sufficient and can be easily damaged.
  • Place in a rigid cardboard box or specialized slab mailer
  • Fill any empty space with cushioning material
  • Seal the package securely with packing tape

Sealed Products

  • Use appropriate box sizing for the product
  • Add bubble wrap or other cushioning material on all sides
  • For booster packs, consider using team bags and/or top loaders
  • For booster boxes, consider corner protection or reinforcement
  • Use strong packing tape to secure the box
  • For valuable sealed products, consider double-boxing

While these methods are recommendations rather than requirements, inadequate packaging that results in damage may lead to refunds and negative seller ratings. Investing in proper packaging materials protects both your merchandise and your reputation as a seller. Misprint is not responsible for lost or damaged items due to insufficient packaging. Moreover, the shipping providers may refuse to cover claims for items that are not packaged sufficiently to withstand normal shipping conditions.

Tracking Information

For Sellers

All shipments must include tracking. Once you've shipped an order, you must enter the tracking number in our system.

  1. Ship your order within 2 business days
  2. Go to your Order Management page
  3. Find the order and click "Add Tracking"
  4. Enter the tracking number and carrier information
  5. Save the tracking details

Once tracking is added, the buyer will be automatically notified via email.

For Buyers

You'll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  1. Receive email notification when item ships
  2. View tracking details in your Order Management page
  3. Click on the tracking number to be redirected to the carrier's tracking site
  4. Once delivered, confirm receipt of your order

If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of your purchase, please contact the seller or our support team.

Tracking Requirement

All shipments must include tracking. Sellers are required to enter the tracking number in the order management system as soon as the item is shipped. This automatically notifies the buyer that their order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, typical delivery times are:

  • Domestic (United States): 3-5 business days
  • International Shipping: Varies by destination, typically 7-14 business days where available

These are estimates and actual delivery times may vary based on the carrier, destination, and other factors.

Delayed Shipments

Delayed shipments are taken seriously to ensure a smooth experience for both buyers and sellers. Misprint sends out automated reminders to sellers to ensure they ship orders on time. For orders that are not shipped within the required timeframe, we will mediate the situation on a case by case basis, up to and including refunding the buyer and revoking seller privileges if necessary for egregious behavior or repeated delays.

Special Circumstances

If a seller has a legitimate reason for a shipping delay (such as a natural disaster or personal emergency), they should contact support immediately at support@misprint.com. We will work with both the seller and buyer to resolve the situation.
